I recently went into the store for help with my AT&T service. The manager Vanessa was very nice and very informative. I really recommend coming to her for any issues you’re having with your cell phone service or AT&T needs. The customer service reps here are very helpful and they are super patient with you.

It shouldn't take nearly 3 weeks to upgrade a phone but between the employee putting in her own store address wrong for shipping, getting told by AT&T customer service and UPS the only person that could update the package was the store specific manager (who wasn't available because apparently there are no managers on Thursdays) and having to try multiple times to turn in the old phone to a store with incorrect hours, I didn't think this was going to be settled. Other AT&T stores/employees, including the 3rd party stores, have never given any issues and wouldn't be as passive about trying to correct a mistake on their part.
