I wanna thank Ervin for giving me and my nephew an awesome experience through his great service on a Friday! We came to buy an Apple Watch and some accessories he was really patient and very professional and made sure we were up to date with all the services that they have!
The whole team at this location just make a very inviting atmosphere keeping customer service their number one priority! Totally recommend the Oxnard location!

The representative who helped me was friendly. However, he was not transparent in the AT&T service plan offerings and did not discuss the various options available and immediately opted to sign me up for the highest priced plan. I was bringing my own device from another carrier, which was paid off, yet they added the mobile device insurance without consulting me or informing me of the option and additional expense. It was not until I was walking out the door that I was informed of the additional expense being added on top of the wireless service plan. Had the representative been fully transparent in the options and prices of each plan or add-on, they would have otherwise received a 5-star rating.
