I came into the store to upgrade my iPhone 11! Mary was the associate that helped me today. She was pleasant and very helpful. If my phone wasn’t so full I could say I would have been in and out in a jiffy but of course my own storage caused a delay in taking my phone home right away.

Service was excellent. Mary helped us with all of our questions when choosing phones. She was very knowledgeable and helped us when picking out phone cases and selecting the best accessories for our preferred use. She helped me both times we were in the store in the last week upgrading our phones. She is fantastic

I would like to commend Edith at the Fallbrook, CA store. She is professional, knowledgable, patient, and friendly. She spent alot of time with me trying to solve my problem. You need more employees like her!
