I have used Attention 2 Detail more than once and even purchased a gift card as a Christmas gift for my son this last year. I had my car detailed (so to speak) on Monday and without reviewing the job done, I automatically gave the company 5 stars, because that is how it has always been in the past. This detail job was a couple steps above the Rub-a-Dub car wash. The sunroof was not cleaned, not even touched. The car still has tar and grime on the lower panels and the car was not waxed, which I understood it was to be. What a huge disappointment. Did this family-owned business get sold recently? I'm so sad. Now, I must pay to the cleaned again and waxed before winter.
UPDATE: The owner of the company reached out to me after seeing my review and was very concerned. He sent his crew back out to handle the areas missed and they were gracious and apologetic. The car looks amazing! Everyone has an off day now and then, and I respect that. I most definitely have great respect for a company who listens to their customers and works with them to correct the situation. I love this company and will continue to use their services.
Every inch of my car was inspected and then thoroughly cleaned and then they buffed out minor body issues. The two men that came out were efficient and friendly. Notto was a pleasure to speak to and arranged the appointment. Since the crew was in my neighborhood the job was accomplished 3 days earlier than scheduled. Detailing at my home was a pleasure so I paid more for the excellent service. For me it was well worth it. I will use them again.
