I wish I would have found this place when I first started driving, but better late than never. It’s honestly hard to believe that any business runs with such integrity, especially an auto shop, and especially nowadays. Nam and Tri have been so patient, honest, and kind to me after buying a car with several issues. They both take the time to explain things to me and make sure I understand without judgement. This is the first time I’ve ever taken a car to a mechanic and didn’t feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. They are incredibly diligent with the work they do as well as two of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. On several occasions they have gone out of their way to help me with car issues and insure safety for myself and my daughter, and it is apparent that they treat all customers the same way. I have not interacted with the other staff here but from what I understand they work together as fiends and family, and the energy overall is welcoming. Part of me wants to gate keep this place but they fully deserve praise for how wonderful they are. I highly recommend Auburn Auto Services to anyone and I’m so thankful for all of their help.
