Took my Civic in for timing belt/water pump and had them replace a rotor for me that was giving me a hard time. My car was done exactly when they said it would be and the cost was exactly what they said it would cost.
Definitely no loose parts, no damage to my car, the mechanic knew his stuff, and they were very personable. I would for sure bring my car back for other work if I need it. Hold up your end of the deal and so will they was my experience.
