The mess first started when I was quoted through all state for $70 after my benefits are expended. I then got a call saying they would charge $100 more for a different tow truck. With no other options, I had to go through with this company. The headache didn’t end after the tow though, I requested a receipt as I paid with cash and needed for insurance purposes. He then informed me that he didn’t have a receipt printer or pen to write a receipt. What company doesn’t offer a receipt for a tow???? He then told me he would text me as that is the option “most nice people” do to get a receipt. Over one whole week I requested a receipt and through the first half he responded. Then stopped responding altogether. Allstate had to email this company and they didn’t get a response either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great tow company! Excellent communication, picked up and delivered in a promptly manner. We will definitely use them again.
