Needed a new strap for my diver, call the boutique, got put into contact with William who promptly got back to me and texted me. Prompt, responsive (even when he was off) and took care of me. Came in the next day, was treated very well with chocolates and champagne. Mind you all this for a strap.
You'd think this is the standard level of service to be expected when buying luxury goods but unfortunately, it's not. Step into your local Rolex dealer and see the difference. I got treated like dirt there. Heck, the sales person never even greeted me there.

Incredible staff representing an incredible brand. Hugely grateful towards Ebony for taking care of me during my many visits. I cannot speak highly enough about Ebony's professionalism, passion, and friendliness. You can travel around the world and visit Boutique's, but you will not get the same level of service and care like you would here at Beverly Hills (and especially with Ebony).
If you are looking to get in to Audemars Piguet, then this would be the single best boutique to learn about the brand and develop a relationship. There is absolutely no trade-offs with quality of service, friendliness, professionalism, and transparency. Ebony recognized my family and me as soon as we walked in to the boutique, despite these visits being almost 6 years apart! She cares for her customers and values their experience with her and the brand; and this only makes me more proud to be her customer.
I will vouch for Ebony for as long as this Boutique is here, but I am certain that your experience will be equally as great with any other sales associate.
