I hope that I never have to come back here. The manager treats me rudely each time I'm there. Saturday morning, I'm the first car in line. David tells the person who brings me inside for me to have a seat and to check others in. So I sat waiting in the lobby while others were checked in before me. I was there from 7:45 - 1 pm for a slow leaking tire. Andrew said they couldn't find anything wrong with my tire, and it should be fine even though my car states something different. Sunday morning, my tire was completely flat—lesson learned I'm done.

Excellent and efficient service! I was a little concerned when l first pulled up because they were extremely busy. Daniel who was my service advisor was able to check me in right away. When I needed some additional information Alexis offered to help because Daniel was on the phone. I appreciated that they work as a team and help each other and take care of the customers. I liked the video they sent of the work they completed on my car and the details that they showed of it. I highly recommend this service department and the professional and friendly team they have working here.

Ricky at Audi Bellevue is one of the top two reasons we love our S7! Ricky goes above and beyond to make sure we get the best service for our car. He is always honest and keeps us updated on the progress of the service our car is receiving. Ricky also goes out of his way to provide us with a loaner car if the service is going to take a few days knowing that we only have the one car and that it is important that we have transportation to get to work and care for my father. Everyone at Bellevue Audi service is always friendly but it is so nice having that one contact you can count on and when that one contact is Ricky you have scored the best, most reliable, and consistent service every time. Thank you Ricky and please don’t ever leave!!!
