I brought my car in for additional service that was suggested by Christian. He took care of me quick and professionally! He makes it easy to communicate with him. Will seek out again for more help with car in near future!

I was pleased over all with Ian my service person. He was prompt and attentive. However, I got a video of the diagnostic report and it was very muffled, it was very noisy in the background and the person spoke about 100 miles a minute so I had to listen to it eight times in order to actually hear what he said and I still don’t know what he said so then I had to call in to my service rep to ask him exactly what happened. You would think for $285 for a diagnostic. I would get a little bit more personal touch. Apparently not. But I do love my Audi. Just not overly thrilled by the service.

The Pasadena Audi service department, specifically Henry Perez, was great. Service was timely and friendly. They honored previous pricing and took care of a warranty/recall issue at no charge - and provided a courtesy vehicle. Outstanding experience.
