Crew at Audio Express on 51st and Bell did their thing and helped us decide on the right set up for my son’s car to add some bass to the factory setup. Manager James also came out to greet us and gave his years of expertise on the options that would work for us. They have a new customer for life! We will be back for an upgrade!

I was referred to Audio Express by my nephew. Ryker greeted me and diagnosed my problem and showed me new audio suggestions. My radio had died and I had a bad experience at my Ford dealership. They kept my car for 4 days and we're too busy to diagnose my problem. I now have a new Sony system and will have to learn everything in my Owner's Manual. Thank you for making my driving time more fun!!

The actual service was fine. The process to get there was absolutely terrible.
- My parts was a week late, and there was no follow up to update me on any status. I had to call to check if my parts arrived.
- When I called a week later I was told that my parts were there (which it wasn’t). I dropped my car off at 9am on a Saturday just to barely get a call back at 4pm saying they did nothing due to my missing part being sent to another store on accident. My wife and I only had 1 car, so we were stranded the whole day for no reason and paid multiple Ubers to get around.
- When I came to get my car after no work was done. We were promised some sort of refunded cash (for wasted time and Uber money) or free added products or service since they don’t open till Tuesday. The rep told us he would call management to see what extent they would be willing to go regarding making up for the huge mistake.
- When we came back for our service on Tuesday. We were basically lied to and told they were sorry but it was a honest mistake and that “shit happens and they were inconvenienced also because they had to spend gas to pick up the missing part”. Which was stupefying to hear as if their incompetence was our fault. Overall we were told all they could do was give us a future discount on future work. We spent over 70 bucks on Ubers.
I will not be returning here again. I was so aggravated and disrespected that all I could do was nod grab my keys and go quickly. Worst customer service and communication I’ve ever received. Period.
