This is a terrible company that does sloppy work and and wants to overcharge. I had Augusta bid job after my roofer drove truck over my french drain, culvert and drainage ditch. Tim looked at damage and bid job. I contacted office to say yes I would like work done. I was told they would contact me to schedule. Several weeks later I come home 9am to someone working in yard. I was a little frustrated with no contact just showing up but I did not stop progress. About an hour later, worker knocks and tells he is done, asks me he if I wanted to look. I pointed out several problems. The french drain was still exposed, I could see clearly the tire marks from stuck truck, rocks and logs in a pile. Worker complained of it being muddy and he was out of soil so he would have to come back. He left a sloppy muddy mess. No one ever came back. I contacted office several times. The only communication I received was a threatening email to pay or fees would be added, my bill was just over 30 days, but the job was unfinished. When I finally spoke to Tim, he said I did not explain what I had wanted, I should have asked for more dirt, and if I wanted the job done they would have to rebid. I felt this job was self explained with the huge tire marks I wanted repaired. I am not a landscaper I did not under bid the amount soil needed for the job, that was your job. Augusta wanted to rebid original job to finish. Now because the insurance has already paid once I have a hire another landscaper to fix drains and fill with soil. Thank goodness I did not sign up for maintenance service!
