I give this place a 1 star because I tried to use a free coupon their but they said it's only accepted for the normal pretzels and the cinnamon pretzel sticks. I wanted the normal pretzel sticks but they wouldn't take it, even though their the same price! Be aware when you use coupons at this place.

The customer service was cool, honestly not bad at all... but as soon as you taste those pretzels then it hits you these "pretzels" taste like cardboard legit those cheap frozen pretzels you find at Walmart or anywhere else are 100% better.

I was there at about 820 and they were out of pretzels without salt and I was there to buy 6 of them. But they informed me that they weren't gonna be making any more for the night. All snooty. Ok?! And then the cheese was like they packaged it themselves and it was like some ghetto nacho cheese sauce from Walmart. 👎👎And the pretzels we did end up getting were so nasty we just ended up throwing EVERYTHING away.🤮 Maybe if the invested 1/2 as much time chit chatting into their JOB you know the thing that they are getting PAID TO DO🤔... maybe then I would have left there happy🤔. Needless to say I probably won't be going back to that auntie Anne's. 😒
