I bought a Groupon for micro needling but looked at the reviews after and was anxious that I signed up to put my skin in the wrong hands. I even tried to get my money back from Groupon which Groupon refused. So I went to my appointment and wow…The woman who performed the procedure had better customer service than the other two places I went and the results were way better. You don’t have to take my word for it, but know that it’s usually people seeking to complain and get retribution that leave reviews, not satisfied customers.

I started going to Aura Skin Care about 6 month ago and can't say enough about how wonderful they are. The time they take to explain to you what to expect, is something I really appreciate. They carry there own label skin care products that are amazing. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Client for life 😎 David Anderson

Awful customer service experience. It's really hard to get them by phone, and even after you finally reach them, they put you on hold forever, so you'll definitely hang on them after a while. People have jobs too, you guys. I just contacted Groupon support and canceled my purchase with them.
