Excellent service, and super helpful staff. Their willingness to troubleshoot heaters and power sources during a recent house emergency was so helpful, and during a really stressful time. Because I couldn’t get the heaters to work properly with my power supply, they charged me only a small portion of what they could have, and allowed me time to try and find a solution. Much appreciated!!

Update to my original 2 star review - while I have had some trouble with maintenance on items I have rented for personal use, Aurora rents does have great customer service, and is willing to make it right if their equipment fails (my advice - make sure it works, and all parts are there before leaving the shop, to avoid making a trip back in the middle of your project) We have used them frequently in a professional capacity in the past for many projects and they have a deep selection of rental items.

This is the second time we have rented things that don’t work. The first time, we struggled with a floor sander that seemed like it had been dropped. After wasting an entire day, we returned it for another one - waste of a day. Now, the pressure washer that I rented is not working. Complete waste of a day. Super frustrating.
