The guy was very unhelpful. I tried asking questions but he had one word answers and seem to not have the time of day for me.
I think he thinks he is saving the world but he is just selling stamps. He was complaining that the internet is putting him out of business but I think it is his customer service skills not the internet.
Took my stamps to another person and he took the time to explain to me what I had and the best way to sell them if I wanted to. That's all I was looking for.

This is the best stamp collecting store in this part of the world. I have been coming to Aurora Stamps for decades. I have enjoyed working on my collection through the use of the "pick books" and the cataloged books. I have been to many other stores and find that if you are not looking for the more high-end material at those places, there isn't much in those places for you. At Aurora Stamps I can add to my collection, as can any other collector through a hierarchy of very inexpensive options, up to the higher grade materials. Art is actually able to accurately estimate the value of a collection of stamps very quickly because of the extensive experience he has had, in spite of what some people seem to think. Those complainers obviously don't know much about stamp collecting as I can tell by their comments. I recommend this store to any collector that is actually interested in adding to their collection and knowledge of stamps.
