I’ve been a Thrivent member since 2017 and I’ve been dropped with no explanation by a few financial advisors, no call, text , letter , no email just ghosted ! This is terrible customer service especially after the advisor has made money on you . It makes me feel not valued as a member and feels disrespectful. There definitely needs to at least a letter sent if an advisor wants to drop you but would be a lot more personal if it was a phone call . How are you supposed to trust an advisor with huge things like life insurance and Investments if they can’t even be bothered to at least send a letter before they drop you as a client . Hopefully there will be some changes.
