If you already have the knowledge to do what you need you'll survive. If not; the staff here will treat you poorly. You will be left feeling lesser of a soldier when you ask for help. The auto hobby shop has a great variety of tools to use. Be prepared for extra time to navigate the tool check out/in process. Bring your own rags, gloves and eye pro. Ask ahead of time if your planning on disposing of fluids or tires. The paint booth is never working.

Just came in to ask how it works, big fella at the desk definitely wasn’t happy to answer any questions. Seemed like I was bothering his day. Why do all civilian workers on base absolutely hate their lives?

I don’t usually leave reviews, however Robert, Jim, and the rest of the staff provided excellent customer service to non gear head like myself. They checked on me to make sure I was making safe decisions and even helped with removing and re-installing my wheels.
Highly recommended location for a fair price with employees who actually care about their craft.
