The people at Auto Credit Sales North are some of the most amazing people I’ve met! My mother and I worked with KEYON and he quickly became family to us. We wanted to get matching cars and even though it was slightly higher than what I was approved for he made it work for us. He Is so easy to talk to and when he says you can call him anytime for anything he means it. Tonight my tire had detached from my rim while driving on a bad road. As I was scared and not sure what to do I called Keyon, he answered right away and made it down to me in 20 minutes to put on my spare and make sure I made it home. Not only was this at 10:00pm(downtown Spokane 🫣)but it was also his wives birthday. Keyon has always gone above and beyond for me and my family and I will always recommend him to anyone in need of a vehicle. When you head in looking for a new car, Keyon is your guy! 12/10 stars ⭐️

Bought a car from them in August 2022, had a check engine light and they were supposed to fix the problem before I picked up the car because I was moving to MT 2 days later. They "fixed it" and the code popped right back up on the drive to MT, called them to schedule it to get fixed properly when I got back to Spokane in November, when I picked it up after they fixed it the second time I was told they wouldn't be doing anymore "free work" for me by the service department. However the issue they were fixing was something they were supposed to fix before I got the car. Now almost 2 years later the car is in the shop with some major issues so I called to find out about my warranty and what it entails and the finance department was rude, cut me off, and wouldn't awnser my questions. I was told it's an AUL warranty and I need to talk to them, I tried to ask if they could give me the contact information for AUL and was told a second time talk to AUL and was hung up on.

Wanted a reliable vehicle. Had issues with it within the first week. It needed a break kit and rotors for the front. They may have eaten the cost down to 160, but they sold it to me with a huge issue. And then it has a clunk in the front. When i took it in, they said they would fix it. I got it back, and it still has the clunk. And then the trans was acting up the next week. They flushed it and told me it's good to go. The seller Clayton set me up with a car that has issues that were not disclosed when I bought it. And the boss Scott will talk over you the whole time you are talking to him as well as interrupt you mid sentence. Horrible place to work with. They never emailed or called me about the plates being ready, even though I was told i was going to be called. I will never trust them again.
Update: found the clunk. Took 10min. And the control arms they put on was missing a bolt. Aswell as they had been under the vehicle a handful of times. They neglected to tell me about the very obvious vice grip holding part of my exhaust together. Horrible place. Who sells a vehicle and "fixes" it without actually fixing it.
