There was only one woman working this night (9/5/22) between 7PM PT and 8:40PM PT; when I spoke with this company. I called for a tow truck; b/c I need a locksmith, and she told me she would send one at 7PM PT and it would take about 1 hour. I called back at 8PM PT and she said that the tow truck was running late because he had to make a detour so it would take another 45 minutes before he arrived.
So, I then called back at 8:45PM PT. She then answered the phone and told me that nothing has changed and the tow truck has not left. I told her that she told me the tow truck would arrive to my location at 8:45PM PT. She then said “well that changed” and so I asked “when will the tow truck be arriving to my location” and she said “I don’t know because they had to make another stop”.
I asked her if she had a name and she said her name was “Dispatcher”, and said she would not give me her name. I asked her again and she told me she didn’t have a name. I then told her I did not appreciate her attitude and that is when she said “I don’t have an attitude, the tow truck was dispatched to another accident due to fatalities so they will not be coming to you”. And I told her “you did not mention that to me at all, you actually said none of that the first time I asked”. She then said “a fatality is priority over you” so I then asked her if someone else could be sent to help me and she said “no”. Mind you, I’m sitting in a dark empty parking lot as a woman all by myself and am locked outside of my car. I then asked her if she had a manager and she said “no, it’s only me right now”.
So, whoever this lady is absolutely rude and when I have an update on her name I will be sure to update this accordingly. I am a young girl simply trying to get a locksmith out to my car because I’m stuck in a dark, empty parking lot alone.
Hopefully someone else can help me through my insurance because the lady was of no help and did not care to help me at all.
