Super friendly staff. Jace (think that’s what his name was) was super friendly and great!! Love the relaxing atmosphere….furniture is worn, a bit dirty but totally what I would expect from mechanics. They had toys for my daughter to play with and even offered a popsicle to give to her. They were thorough and showed me what was wrong with my car. After I left, my brakes even worked better!! Thank you!! Definitely recommend and will keep going to them.

Earlier this year (March) I took our SUV in for service. Long story short, I left with a big bill and very little work done on my vehicle.
Just a couple of days ago I followed up with The Hive to figure out what the heck happened back then and the owner (Rob) and my new service rep (Dylan) let me know that the old service rep that I had worked with (Matt) had since left the business...
Rob and Dylan were great to work with, made things right, and turned a bad impression into a great one. I look forward to returning to The Hive for future maintenance and repair jobs on my vehicles.
