Very polite at first then never followed through with their promises... deadlines passed, unsavory business practices, the salesman attempted to have me sign a document allowing them to collect a deposit that would allow forfeiture of the deposit if deal wasn't made and tried to convince me that that wasn't true and they would give me the deposit back if the deal failed... even though they would have had signed contract... in the end after I refused to sign I never heard from them again... they still have the vehicle when they could have sold it..

Awesome customer service. Killer deals on vehicles and they'll do everything they can to get you in a vehicle. Plus they offer an Auto Warranty program through a secondary company.

Lied about year of vehicle. Terrible customer service payed $3000 for Vw beetle, am now $10000 into this car with a new problem every month. I DO NOT RECCOMEND unless you want to get ripped off!!!
