Very very pushy. Drove over an hour to look at a car that was priced at $14,357 only to learn that it was the cash price of the car and to finance the price was $19,000. Completely wasted our time, gas and energy. No where on the website did it say “cash price only”. We had multiple salesmen replacing the last one each time. It wasn’t until the very last person did they stop pushing us after saying no multiple times. This dealership is not for college students working full time with very little time and money on our hands.

My first time car buying daughter and her 85 year old grandfather was scammed at Auto Shoppers in Yakima. These men took my young daughter for all she had, increasing the cars price once she purchased it from what it was listed $15000 to 19000 and took the $3000 she put down and never gave her any money off the price,. The Subaru she purchased is a complete a total LEMON! The check engine light was on within a week, the cruise control light is on and off, the car is rusted throghout the undercarriage as well as under the drivers seat. I was not able to go with my daughter as I've been in the hospital but I assumed there would be good people out there to help her. This was not the case. They increased the cars price once she arrived at the lot stating the at online add was wrong. She then put $3000 down and when the offer was written up they charged her over $19000. I'm completely disgusted with this auto dealer and I hope you're enjoying the profit in made off of a first time car buyer and her 85 year old grandfather,. You should be ashamed! What goes around, comes around.it always does.never buy anything fro these dishonest people!!!
