I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service department and their staff at Autobahn motors. I took my GLE there for regular maintenance and when I picked up the car the hood was largely scratched across. I immediately let the advisor know and they said their tech has dragged air hose over and across the hood. This is not an accident, this is flat carelessness and really unseen at Mercedes Benz ( I have had MBs for many years). The worst part that no-one mentioned they were sorry and they jumped on buffing it out. I asked to see the manager and they kept saying the manager was out for lunch even though it was after 1pm. I left the vehicle there again so they can try buffing the scratches out and I am supposed to go back tomorrow to see if it is fixed. My car has been damaged carelessly and this is unacceptable at the dealership and service department like Autobahn motors!

Autobahn motors took excellent care of my car! They communicated well, and washed my car (without asking!) - very much appreciated. I was also out of town and they made sure that my car was in good hands until I returned to pick it up. Everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with.

It was a great experience working with Johnny Lam. He was extremely informative, helpful, and compassionate. I feel he went above and beyond what is asked of him, his customer service is exemplary and theres no doubt in mine and my families mind that we will be exclusive customers to your dealership.
