Tried to schedule a service on my van's sliding door service told me that I had to talk to the parts department and order a new lock mechanism stood in line for a half hour while the parts guy was talking to the customer in front of me.

The people at Chevrolet are HEROS 🥳 as far as i am concerned. Joshua Rivas, an unnamed Service tech, and a back up engineering team solved my Chevrolet Volt high voltage problem. I am so happy with Service from this team that i will be pleased to come back for any service needs. THANK YOU!!!🚗
