Seriously Let Down by Chrysler Autonation Bellevue - A Warning to Future Buyers

My car was purchased on January 6, 2023, for a total of 11 days until today, during which time various problems occurred.

Just gotta get something off my chest – seriously let down by the service at Chrysler Autonation Bellevue. Bought my Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle Trim, and it's been nothing but a bummer. Dealing with constant malfunctions, and the sales and service teams? Total letdown.

And get this, the car's quality is a joke. Advertised 30-mile range? Driving for like 10 miles after fully charged, and the battery's down 90%. Not to mention the flashing CarPlay screen and flashing lights on my dashboard.

To add to the frustration – no loaner vehicle during a 3-4 day service? Come on, that's just piling it on.

Chrysler Autonation Bellevue, you gotta step up – not just repairs, but some real talk and a commitment to making customers happy. This needs fixing, and it needs fixing now.

If you're thinking about buying your car here, just know, you might be the next person regretting it like myself.

The manager of the car shop was arrogant and irresponsible, and did not give us any reasonable explanation. He thought that all the problems occurred normally. That's amazing!

My husband and I dropped my Chrysler car for a transmission replacement (our 5th recall on this car…) on August 26 and only got it back on September 20… my first complaint is that Chrysler doesn’t provide a loaner unless you asked for it before you make the appointment!! Really?! It seems like for this kind of service, it would be normal, considering I’m sure it doesn’t take a day to replace a transmission (ha, no it takes 3 weeks….). My second and biggest complaint is the communication. I actually had to stop by the shop at some point to ask for an update because my phone calls were never returned! Oh wait, once I did select the sales automatic message option and got someone to respond on the first ring, just to try it!…. Then I got a call back from service within 5 minutes 😁 Anyways, I can understand missing parts, longer lead time, but I can’t accept the poor service (in this case no loaner and no communication). I added a third star because they delivered my fixed car (hopefully, so far so good) at our house and gave us a car wash coupon…

Our experience with the sales manager and this dealership was terrible! The sales manager wanted to rip us off on the value of our vehicle we were going to trade in. We have bought and sold dozens of cars in past years, not to mention have worked in the industry and understand how it works and have a bit of knowledge as to the value of our vehicles. A successful transaction happens when both sides feel like they did okay in the transaction. That was not going to happen here! We were treated like we were completely clueless as to the value of our vehicle, and talked to at like we were complete idiots! The sales manage had a complete defensive stance and repeatedly kept telling us we were asking for resale value on our car. It felt as though we were going to have to battle with this guy. I have worked in the customer service industry for years, have owned several successful business's in my 60 years, and would NEVER treat anyone the way we were were treated. We were fortunate because we had 2 appraisals on our vehicle to before visiting this dealership since we had never worked with them before, so we knew and were confident with our ask and value. When we told him this, all of a sudden he could come up $5,000 so he was low balling us! Terrible business practice especially since they have a no "Dicker Sticker" on their vehicles! BUYER BEWARE!
