If the parts department doesn't pick up their phone system sends you into an infinite loop of having to pick who you want to talk to. Was doing that for 8 minutes before I finally tried service, spoke to someone who was very rude only to be hung up on again. Will be taking my business literally anywhere else

Natasha Alnuaimat was my service advisor. She made me feel at home and didn't pressure me into any extras that I didn't need. The oil change was quick, and I was back on the road within an hour. They also provide free WiFi for you to use while you relax in the lounge. In addition, they have a free coffee machine, a vending machine filled with snacks and drinks, and a TV for your entertainment.

I bought a Nissan GTR R35 here. I had some initial issues with the transmission, but Claire and Joe were by my side day and night to help me; Had the issue fixed in 3 days and am now a super happy GTR owner. I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to fix the issue, but even if they couldn't have I'd probably have left a similar review just for the tremendous support they provided me throughout this purchase. Claire is very dedicated to help her customers, Joe knows people around town that can help solve issues and the duo worked great for me. I recommended to my friends to puchase at this dealership. I've purchased many cars throughout my 10+ years in the states, this was by FAR the best experience I have ever had.
