I was disappointed with the service I got today. I made appt with service for 12:00pm. I arrived 10 min. early and my car was taken right back. I was told it would be ready in 1 hour and 30 min. at the longest 1 hr. 45 minutes. I had an oil change, tire rotation, all air filters replaced and an Tire Alignment. It took 3 hours. My service manager said Mondays are crazy that's why it took so long. I said Mondays happen every week at the same time why don't you plan for that. I would have just preferred an I am sorry that took so long. Never came to talk to me about that my car would be ready at 1:45pm as advised. I was also given recommendations for work I should have done when my car was finished. Said Brake fluid was dirty (sent a picture of it to me.) I got my brake fluid flushed and new fluid replaced on my last oil change! I know it doesn't get dirty that quickly. Now I am not sure if they even flushed my brake fluid at my last oil change but certainly was charged for it. I have been purchasing cars from Renton Honda for years. In 2011 I bought 3 brand new cars in one day. Now I am not sure I will come back to Renton I do know I won't be coming to Renton Honda for car services in the future! My trust has been broken. Your service guys need more training. Jason or Josh my service manager was not at all honest in other areas of my experience. Yes you are providing me a service and I am certainly paying for it so should be treated with alot more respect. People don't have to use your services, so you should try really hard to make them Want to come back!

Upsell on oil changes when I bought the car, then I make an appointment for an oil change and it takes over 2 hours. Waste of my time. Coffee machine is good though.

I took my car to get a head gasket because the check engine light was on back in March. It took them three weeks to finish of what needed to be fix. Mind you during them three weeks my advisor wasn’t calling me to update about my car, I will have to call my advisor about my car and he’ll lie about when my car was ready for pickup. After three weeks of them doing the service on my car, i pick it up and everything is fine. The next day my engine light popped up again, so I took it to them after 2 hours they fix the problem. I take it him that day. The next day my car is working all the way to night time where my engine light popped up again, so that night I went home. I took my car to them the next morning and after hours of them fixing it they wanna say “stuff was clogged up so that’s why the engine light popped up again”, I said to them “during the weeks of you guys working on it, how didn’t you been find this”. A month go by me picking up my car the last time from them in April and in May I hear a sound on my car when I start it, mind you I thought it was a regular sound so a week go by of hearing the sound. I take it to them and they fix the problem. The next day my “adaptive cruise control see your dealer” pops up 4 days go by since I picked it up the last time from the dealership and it still pops up “ adaptive cruise control see your dealer”, so I take it to them and I get it back the same day and they say “cam sensor” of what the issue was . The next day I start my car it pops up again. Mind you through this whole process I’m frustrated because I have took my car to them 4 times in a 2 month span since they said they fixed the head gasket. I highly recommend not to take your car to this service center because they are unprofessional and no one takes accountability of the time you are constantly going over there.
