Just one awful experience after another. They are currently "fixing" my car and I can't find out the status of the vehicle. Timothy is condescending, rude, and happily added $1200 of "recommended maintenence"to my repair bill and failed to mention that it was optional. They've had my car for a week to repair a fan and replace a sensor and can't seem to figure it out. The garbage warranty I was sold here only covers one if the two broken parts, and only part of the diagnostics. They have a one hour minimum per issue and their warranty won't cover that full hour because it literally doesn't take an hour to diagnose each issue. Just a way to scam your money. The last time I came in the service person left a vape pen on my seat. The time before that they forgot to schedule me a ride and I was stuck waiting for half an hour for someone to show up. I've literally been here half a dozen times since I bought my car a year ago and I have not had one single good experience in the service department. Take my advice and go somewhere else, literally anywhere else!

I’m not very satisfied, cause I’m still experiencing the same issue with my car, therefore I hope that service will be better next time.

I went in for a 20,000 mile check up for my car and only got an oil change. I wanted them to inspect my tires as the check uo stated they would and my rear tire still shakes and they did not say anything about it so I'm a little disappointed in that,,but overall the staff was friendly
