A very good experience buying a Subaru Legacy with and for my daughter. Pat helped us with the process from beginning to end, no separate "finance guy" to sign paperwork in a separate room like at big dealerships ... where you get surprise charges and no knowledge of what you had agreed with salesperson. No pressure and fair price negotiation. Answered all our questions. They even filled the tank for us, unlike most dealers of used cars. Overall, a stress-free experience.

Bought a car about 8 months ago with the pitch of it being a perfect car with no issues. Almost double the price later in repairs and still not done. I was sold a lemon and am still paying the price. The salesman was nice though.
