These guys are beyond great! I have been going through the wringer lately in life and let’s say I wasn’t pleasant to deal with. Their customer service was still over the top. They got me into a nice car that I am currently loving. Brian was really understanding and super easy to work with. His goal was to make me happy and make sure I got something I wanted. I appreciate you all at Lake Stevens and I am still super sorry you had to see me in such distress. You guys are the best and I can’t wait to come back in the future. 🙏🙏

Our car buying experience was such a breeze. I appreciated that Patrick wasn't a pushy salesman, understood that I was just kicking tires trying to figure out what I wanted to buy. Once I decided I was ready to buy, Patrick and Jordan got us in and out of there in record time. This branch operates different than the mega LJ stores and they can bring cars in from all locations.
