Rooch is a literal angel! My car broke down on Fraser Hwy and after a quick google search we found out that AutoRox was the closest, highly-rated place around (I can see why!). BCAA towed my car and within two hours Rooch had diagnosed the issue, ran out to get the part my car needed, and had my car fixed and ready to drive back home. With him offering to stay later and fix it on the spot (which I was not expecting at all), I was able to drive to work the next day and make the ferry reservations I had booked for the weekend. Rooch made the stressful experience of being broken down 60km from home an easygoing experience and left me nothing to worry about. Thank you!!!! 🙏😁

Rooch did a fantastic job at fixing my car up when it broke down on a Sunday afternoon. He is honest, reliable and affordable. Amazing customer service - he went above and beyond by driving all the way from Abbotsford to UBC. No additional charge. Could not recommend him enough !
