Ive been a customer for the past few years with multiple cars. Ive always been treated right and fairly from the whole crew there. The owner is knowledgeable, polite and is a true gearhead. Show this local spot with local ownership some love.

John is very good at his work and so is his customer service. The reason for 3 stars is the weird lady on the phone asking to send me my license plate and vin number for a quote and then not texting back or picking up the phone. My number just goes staright to the voicemail now. What's with that?

Call and ask, how much would labor cost to install springs, they ask for my vin number or license plate, gave them my plate number, I even gave them my cell number for some text line they told me. haven’t heard from them since and it’s been a few days now, still no response. Poor service.
