I absolutely love this place! As soon as i stepped foot onto the premises, i was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner! (not many businesses have their owner greeting customers, it’s usually the workers) i felt so welcomed.
I had many questions and concerns and they addressed everything and answered every question to the best of their ability. Most automotive dealerships don’t care once they know you aren’t interested anymore in the vehicle while on the other hand Autotude Motors cared from the beginning all the way to the end and for that i will be a forever customer. I definitely recommend this dealership 1000% & BTW, My car smelled GREAT while driving off. Thank you once again Autotude!

Very bad service, they sold me a car in very bad condition. I bought a 2008 Jeep Rubicon and they said that everything worked well and I trusted them, the owner has been very unprofessional and rude with all the problems that the Jeep has presented. I only drove the car for 10 miles and it started asking for an oil change, then it started leaking in the suspension, then the gear lever broke because it was rotten, it didn't have a security alarm and after driving it for 10 more miles the check engine turn on, and I took it to my personal mechanic because the owner told me that I better take it with him because she couldn't take care of it, and then she told me that she would give me a part of the total cost and when the car was fixed I said how much it was and she asked me for an invoice and I understand thatshe wants an invoice but she didn't understand that he is a personal mechanic so he doesn't give invoices and then she said she wouldn't give me anything for that reason when she knew perfectly well that she didn't want us to use her mechanic and when she also knew that the car that she sold me was very bad and she lied to my face saying that it was very good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

Definitely very disappointed. Drove from Colton, CA to go see a vehicle and the older gentleman treated us with very little respect. Was asking questions about the car and I mentioned how the car has been here for more than a year he then replied with so what car could be here 2, 3 years and what, I was astonished when he stated that and he said it like it bothered him. Then we told him the price of the vehicle as we seen it on the internet he then stated he doubts it's that low then he called someone on the phone to state that to him. We even showed him the add but then he stated don't even think the car is going lower in price when not once we even asked for that. I have bought many cars from big dealerships and never have I been so humiliated like this. Will definitely never be going back to this dealership, very bad sales person. Stay away from this place and the older gentleman.
