Last week my car was in the shop right beside Autotyme. It was a negative experience to say the least. The car was held for 5 days from Thursday morning till Monday 5pm. I had to rent a car because they were short staffed and needed 5 days to get a diagnosis. They never found the problem and just said you had very dirty oil. They never found the leak either. Just did an oil change and said they would send me along.
Almost exactly a week later, that bandaid failed and i took to Google search to find a more experienced auto mechanic. I really got lucky here! Really!
Thank you autotyme. Not only was the cost fair, and they found the leak , gave me greater understanding of my vehicles maintenance regime, I also was in and out with such haste. In my case it was same day and boy am I even more lucky that I got that fast of a service.
Really special way of accomplishing what needed to be done. Also I appreciate how kind you all were .
