Damaged my car.

Still dealing with the problems caused by this wash. They destroyed my starter, and getting it replaced is turning into a big headache and hassle.

I used to love this place and came here steadily for the last couple of years. But, the high pressure undercarriage spray was causing damage to my electrical system without me realizing it, and on the last visit, it destroyed my starter motor. My car would not start after getting the wash. I had to push it out of the bay and then let the car sit for two hours before the starter motor dried out enough to work enough to start the car, but it's permanently damaged and must be replaced.

Adding insult to injury, all the overspray from the wash blew all over my car while it was sitting there disabled, so that by the time I could get it started, the car was dirtier than it had been before I brought it into the wash.

The water that blasts underneath your car is damaging your electrical components.

Worst customer experience I've had in a long time.
