Couldn't ask for better service from Rod K. at AutoZone in Galt. He proactively asked if he could help me with anything, and was able to find what I needed despite it not being an original part for my car, and not just an easy database lookup. He was friendly, and even knew how to properly count back my change, a simple & helpful act that seems to be a forgotten skill now days. A few small acts made the experience of repairing my car much easier. This store will definitely be my first stop when I need anything automotive related.

When my battery died suddenly, I was in a bit of a panic. I managed to get a jumpstart and drive over to my local AutoZone. There, Rod helped me from start to finish. The type of battery for my car wasn't in stock so Rod ordered it for me from another location and had it delivered in a few hours. He even installed it for me! Amazing customer service!

Muchas gracias Rod K. !!!! Wish I had taken a before and after picture but he did an EXCELLENT job changing my crusty old battery for a crispy new one. I know a professional when I see one and Galt AutoZone is blessed to have him. He patiently and competently explained what he was doing and did not cut corners. Car stuff makes me nervous but knowing there are professionals like Rod in my community to lend a helping hand is a huge blessing to me and others. Thank you again Rod!
