Maria the regional manager was horrible to me. I am a disabled senior and the regional manager would not help me or let another employee charge my battery which had died in the parking lot. She also refused to let the employee install a battery that I was going to buy for $250. I was a loyal customer at this location and I am deeply saddened by how I was treated. Sean, the employee there was excellent and was able to refer me to a different place that took care of my needs. Sean ended up jumping my car and if it was not for him I would have been stuck there and had to call out for road service.

This store is trying to scam their customers. They had a tag Advertising $2 off the Maguire's tire cleaner, and when I went to pay, they would not honor it and kept making excuses that it was wrong so I walked out. Do not go in this store. They’re deceitful with prices.

Every time I go to this location the employees are never willing or able to help me place the item I purchase. Unlike the one by Valencia or any other. Why the employees of this location can't provide any good service like other locations? Yesterday I bought a bulb for my front light. It takes a minute to install but they didn't want to help me. A year ago I bought a battery and they didn't help me. THEY NEVER CAN DO ANYTHING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
