Would give this place more stars but because of their point loyalty rewards system, I prefer going to O'Reilly.
If the rewards program wasn't such a bad system I'd give this place 4 or 5 Stars.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They have most items in stock and I've only had an issue once before trying to find a replacement battery which they didn't have in stock.
The prices are decent and competitive.
I had no problem replacing a battery that was covered by warranty except for the fact that it wasn't in stock, but they still honored the warranty with no issues.
They do recycle oil, and check engine lights. They don't check alternators unless you remove the alternator from the vehicle.
I'm sure all the parts and tools are quality.
The store hours are good.
If they improved their reward system, which is a corporate issue, and improved their services, like checking alternators without removal, I'd give them more stars.
