What day of the purchase stuff to perform a bill change on my car the correct viscosity for the oil was $10 higher at the auto parts store. Then it was at Lowe’s, does not make sense to me. Why auto parts stores would sell it so much higher than a hardware store.

There's a line to the door with only one cashier but three people putting away a delivery?? I don't think that's smart customer service. But good job to the single cashier doin it alone.

I always wanna give this particular location the benefit of the doubt, especially cause it’s my local AutoZone I always hope & cross my fingers they get their ishh together. but unfortunately I’ve been to this location several times & the employees lack training with customer service, everyone seems so unhappy & miserable & seems they are willing to do just about anything but help the customers, the lines are always ridiculously long…but ever since they hired this young small white boy that actually seems to know his ways around vehicles has me rooting for this location always smiling, welcoming, and hustles hard… sorry I don’t know his name but we need more employees like him…
