The staff in my experience was hit or miss as far as knowledgeability goes, they had a few new hires and I had to come back more than once after getting sold incorrect products. For example I needed sandpaper, know nothing about it, went in and the sales associate sold me grain that was too small and a rubber sanding block that was useless, $20 wasted. I have some responsibility as the customer but I came here for guidance and ended up getting upsold more than once. One time I went in to return an item and while the associate is processing my refund I bent down to look at an air freshener, he comes out from behind the register and checks what I'm doing with a concerned look on his face, also a security guard hired by a third party is in there staring you down, that's always fun. Way to contribute to this hostile environment. Not to mention you will walk in and stand in line for 10 minutes without a worker helping you. Bottom of the barrel customer experience.
Edit: i just ran in here real quick to get a side mirror assembly and the lady literally told the other cashier to go check to make sure the safe is locked. Thank you for ruining my day.
