I've been to a lot of Auto Zone locations over the years in different parts of the country, but I don't think I've ever had an experience as bad as the last 3 times I went in to this location a few weeks ago when I was working on fixing up a few things with my car. 2 of the 3 times I went in, no one even said hello or asked if I needed any help, despite there being 2-3 people standing behind the counter each time I came in. They were either just standing there looking at me, on their cell phones, or chatting amongst themselves, not paying any attention to what was going on in the store. When I would go up to the register to ask a question or try to check out, they would just stare at me after I asked the question or just continue looking at their cell phones or leaning against a wall, chatting. Even after I had found what I needed on my own (without any help from the employees,) I would stand by the register with the item in my hands, and they would still just stare at me instead of asking if I was ready to check out. Not only this, but the one time I did manage to corral someone away from the registers to ask a simple question, the employee did not have the right answer and just started telling me information that I already knew was incorrect since I had already tried that part on my car. I'm hoping I never need to go back to this location again, since this is hands down the worst experience I've had in an AutoZone store, and the fact that it happened multiple times in the same week shows me that it wasn't just an isolated incident and this is just how the store is run.

My husband and I absolutely love this AutoZone location. We have been coming here consistently for over three years now. The staff are so honest and helpful. It is a completely different experience than the O’Reillys that is down the street. We come here often and we love that we can trust the staffs recommendations. They go above and beyond for us. We are so grateful.

My hubby and I are expecting our first baby in 2 weeks and I found myself with a dead battery after my Dr appointment yesterday! We have one of the most complex battery changing systems ever and had zero idea how we were going to swap out our new battery. Not only did this crew come to our aid, they walked my hubby step by step through the changing process for the future! We appreciate you all and are so grateful for your time! 🙏
