Always have had the best service from these people! Very helpful and courteous. Been going here for a number of years. Even though I do my own work they still put in a new battery for me and took the old one out which is quite nice!

Normally I like auto zone but the deer park location is horrible. Lori, I think she is the store manager, is rude as can be. She is never nice. Just cold and doesn't seem to know much about cars. How she ever got a job at a auto part store or customer service at all is beyond me. Go to NAPA for the best advice and friendly service.

Above and beyond customer service in the Deer Park location. Jayce saved the day for me. I was broken down and stranded with my son. I purchased the part over the phone and Jayce brought it to me on his lunch break. He wouldn't accept any gas money and I would like to say thank you for the outstanding service. I will always recommend you. When you need some help or service few go above and beyond like Jayce. You have no idea how that helped me. Thank you again!!!
