Seems as if shopping in this store would exhaust me. And I would still end up with something other than what I needed. Uncomfortable during the entire visit. It seemed that the employees were more interested in people stealing and not helping anyone.

The best customer service from David B.! Thank you! Helped me replace one headlight and even taught me how to do the other one myself. This auto zone is my go to for a car needs!

Really appreciate the customer service here. Specifically, my early-20's daughter went in to buy a new oil cap, because she dropped the other one down into the engine while adding oil. David spent a lot of time looking into the engine from above and underneath to make sure that the cap didn't land somewhere that could cause damage. He went above and beyond. He was also really friendly and helpful with me in finding air filters I needed for my car. Thanks David!
