Well I can’t give them 5 stars because I had to visit 2 stores today. Talked to a girl on the phone about a part and was told they had it, so I drove my poor running vehicle over there to pick it up, only to be told they didn’t have it at that store. That was the Pacific Avenue and 112th st store. A bit frustrating. However, after I was told they didn’t have it, I called the store on Bridgeport drive in Lakewood and the representative was very nice and didn’t have a problem whatsoever with physically going to check the shelf to make sure the part was actually in store even though it was about 20 minutes til closing time , and he even held it for me at the cash register so it was quick and easy for me to pick up. 112th street store would get 2 stars today and Bridgeport would get 5 stars.
MELISSA is a SUPERSTAR. She was EXTREMELY helpful gathering everything I needed, and triple checking everything I needed before I left. She demonstrated a level of knowledge I wished every member of the store had. The lady is incredible, best customer service I've ever had there. Round of applause for Melissa. Thank you again!!!
