Store Manager Luke was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with changing my wipers. His expertise and efficiency made the process seamless, and I greatly appreciate Luke’s dedication to excellent customer service. I highly recommend his assistance to anyone in need!

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service. Tried several times over a week to order a transmission for my truck. Keep getting some high school kids bouncing me for one to another asking the same questions. Every time I call I have to start the ordering process over. Heard many times that they will call me back and guess what, they never do. Extremely disappointed with this store in particular. There are many auto parts stores to choose from. I made a terrible choice in picking this one. Avoid them and save yourself the disappointment. I still don’t have the part I need.

Was waiting to buy some wipers. There were total of three employees two were helping guest one was on the phone when he got off the phone the other employee said hey come over here and check this out as he was joking around kind of looking at something meaningless, made eye contact with me and still proceeded to laugh and joke around before ringing me up,after ringing me up gave a rude You’re welcome type of comment because I literally just didn’t say anything due to his lack of customer service he was wearing a gray shirt, glasses didn’t get the name figured he was a supervisor of some sort. Will not be coming back to this place.
