Went into the store 7001 pacific ave tacoma,wa 98404. Went to buy some headlights that costs 39.99 after tax. Gave the cashier $100 dollar bill. I walked out the store without the headlights due to them not having enough change. That sounds ridiculous, you don't have simple change for your customers. So if five other customers also had $100 dollar bills we all we not be able to buy our items because you guys don't have change? I choose to come to auto zone cause of your selections of products, but after this experience I will never shop in your stores cause I don't even want to experience "auto zone" not having change for customers. You guys sell high dollar items how can you not have change. Go to O'reillys they always have change

I attempted to do a return with the payment type is a card that I no longer valid and had been replaces by my bank. Since the card can't be used to return the money ey onto.they will not return my items at all. Even though I paid using debit with pin verification thus should be the same as cash so why am I now stuck with a gasket set that is not going to be used because the car is getting junked ⁸ what can I do.
