As a woman in an auto parts store, I would think they would be more helpful. But the man finally walked up to me was not very nice, he seemed a little arrogant and upset that I was wasting his time, when he should have a real customer. I was looking for a certain kind of brake fluid, and he just pointed at the wall and said they're all over there. So when I got over there, I started to look it up on my phone. At that point, he walked up and said, "well they're all the same, it doesn't really matter" I informed him that my car had to have a very specific great fluid as well as oil and other fluids that go in it, and that he was too busy to help me, so I can look it up and get all the correct information on line, thank you very much for nothing. He was the type that thinks all women are idiots in an auto parts store, and we don't really belong there. I do believe he was one of a kind though. I've always had great help at AutoZone. All the others that I have been to. And the other gentleman were busy, or they probably wouldn't have helped me.
