The manager Tracy was amazing! I had an issue with my car and she was extremely helpful with the entire process. With all the Autozones I’ve been to, she has been the best employee that I’ve come across. Also, the best customer service I’ve experienced. She goes out of her way to help, it’s not just a job to her.

I stopped by this Autozone to buy air filters. I was very impressed by the care shown when I requested that the manager, who happened to be at the front counter, research the precise air filters and part numbers. When she hit a roadblock, the manager unhesitatingly asked one of the other coworkers for assistance. I did get a part number for the air filter, but when she looked up a part number for the cabin filter it came up as not Required. I then asked Garret, who stood by, and also previously responded to my many questions, to accompany me and ascertain whether indeed my truck did not have a cabin filter. He looked below my glovebox and confirmed that no cabin filter was present. During this entire process I never felt any loss of patience on their part with my many questions and taking that extra step in going to my vehicle was affirming. I will definitely return to this Autozone when I need parts in the future.

The store manager MJ helped me replace my battery very quickly. He even helped me apply some battery grease to protect my new battery from corrosion. He also made sure my car started before he left. Definitely will come back.
