Chad & a few other folks helped me get my battery charged & reinstalled. They were very helpful & had great customer service. Thank you to the team at AutoZone!

I find myself replacing front headlight bulbs a few times a year due to a short I’m too cheap and too lazy to have dealt with. That said, I also do other basic stuff like replace wipers and fuses and fluids and belts; I also bought a waste fluids container and a couple buckets from here for working on my bicycles at home (gotta soak them bike chains). Anyway, this all means I constantly find myself in this auto zone buying small parts and degreasers and hand scrub and whatnot and they always have what I need and they always verify to make sure I got the right part. I’ve also always found the staff to be great and the interactions to be pretty smooth and always leave feeling good about shopping there.

Very little knowledge on products, terrible advice, and also just generally rude. I called and spoke with an associate who tried to tell me to put WD-40 on dried battery acid to neutralize it. They have a battery acid neutralizer in the store but I was told that does not even exist! I found it on my own eventually, but their advice is genuinely wrong. Do not trust the associates at their word or you could be seriously injured. Also not to mention the fact that I was made to feel stupid when its basic chemistry that putting WD-40 on battery acid will NOT neutralize it. At the very least she could have suggested a baking soda paste but no. They “Only carry things to prevent corrosion not fix it.”, direct quote from her. Will be looking anywhere else when I need parts again. This was at 8:27 on 6/13/24.
